Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the GetArrayRank() method.

An Int32 containing the number of dimensions in the current Type.
Remarks
This method is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The Type.GetArrayRank method gets the number of dimensions in an Array.
