ApplicationDeployment.UpdateProgressChanged Event

Note: This event is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Occurs when ClickOnce has new status information for an update operation initiated by calling UpdateAsync.

Namespace: System.Deployment.Application
Assembly: System.Deployment (in system.deployment.dll)

public event DeploymentProgressChangedEventHandler UpdateProgressChanged
/** @event */
public void add_UpdateProgressChanged (DeploymentProgressChangedEventHandler value)

/** @event */
public void remove_UpdateProgressChanged (DeploymentProgressChangedEventHandler value)

JScript supports the use of events, but not the declaration of new ones.

The UpdateProgressChanged event is called on the main application thread. You may call your application's Windows Forms controls directly within this callback without triggering an exception.

The following code example determines at application load time whether a new update is available; if it is a required update, it installs it asynchronously.

Windows 98, Windows 2000 SP4, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP Media Center Edition, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, Windows XP SP2, Windows XP Starter Edition

The .NET Framework does not support all versions of every platform. For a list of the supported versions, see System Requirements.
