Unable to build launch condition named '<name>'
This error can occur when two or more launch conditions contain a Condition property with the same value. The same Condition cannot be specified for multiple launch conditions.
To correct this error
Double-click the error in the Task List to go to the launch condition in the Launch Conditions Editor.
In the Properties window, select the Condition property and enter a different condition.
