Use the Search Orders screen, Search tab, to perform a basic search that generates a list of orders based on information that you provide.

Select the field that you want to use for the seach from the drop-down list.

Look for

Select the field that you want to use for the search from the drop-down list.

The fields in the Look for drop-down list change in relation to the fields in the Look in drop-down list. For example, if you look for an order by using the Cash card payment field in the Look in box, the fields that relate to this field will appear in the Look for drop-down list.

Keyword

Type the keyword that you want to use for the search.

For example, to look for an order where the customer paid with a cash card and the amount was $503.47, in the Look in box, select Cash card payment from the drop-down list, in the Look for box, select Payment amount, and in the Keyword box, type 503.47.

You can use an asterisk (*) character for a wildcard search in the Keyword box.

Results per page

Select the number of results per page you want to return. This value overrides the Number of results per page returned setting in the Options dialog box.

Find

Click to start the search.
