How to: Remove a Workspace
Workspaces are used to store and synchronize local copies of Team Foundation source control items. Should the need arise, you can remove these workspaces; for example, if a project is finished or you are no longer using a specific workspace. You can remove a workspace in Team Foundation, or from the command line using the. The following procedure demonstrates how to remove a workspace from your machine in Team Foundation.
To perform these procedures, you must own the workspace or have the Administer workspaces permission set to Allow. For more information, see.
To remove a workspace
From the File menu, click Source Control, and then click Workspaces.
In Manage Workspaces dialog box, under the Name column, highlight the workspace that you want removed, and click Remove.
In the Confirmation dialog box, click OK.
You are returned to the Manage Workspaces dialog box with the workspace removed.
