Creating Starter Kits (Visual C#)

Visual Studio 2005

A starter kit contains code for a complete application and documentation on how to modify or expand the application. Visual C# 2005 provides two starter kits that you can access from the New Project dialog box. You can also create your own starter kits to help users get up and running quickly on any type of application. Creating a starter kit is fundamentally the same as creating a normal project template, the only difference being that a starter kit contains documentation files that are set to open when a project based on the starter kit is created.
