NSInstance.Verify Method

Tests the connection to the instance database and verifies that the versions and editions of the instance of Notification Services and the instance of Microsoft SQL Server are compatible.

Remarks

The Verify method allows you to force any connection-related errors before using this object to initialize other objects.

Information about the instance of SQL Server and the version of the instance of Notification Services is from the instance's registry data.
