Note

hBmp is placed in an ImageList, so the caller can destroy on return or have toolbox delete it via TBXIF_DELETEBITMAP

bstrText

BSTR containing the tool tips/label text of toolbox item.
clrTransparent

COLORREF item specifying the transparent color in bitmap.
dwFlags

DWORD specifying the item info flags. Values are taken from the __TBXITEMINFOFLAGS enumeration.
hBmp

Specifies a 16x16 bitmap for the toolbox.
iImageIndex

INT specifying the image index of the item.
iImageWidth

Specifies the width of the item image.
