When implemented in a class, enables JScript to set the value of an external COM member to the specified new value, using the specified binding information.

This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

The new value of the external COM member.

invokeAttr
BindingFlags

A bitwise combination of the enumeration values that control the binding.

CultureInfo

Provides information about a specific culture or locale to format numbers, dates, and strings correctly.
