Parameters

  • attributeType
    Type: System.Type
    The custom attribute type.
  • inherit
    Type: System.Boolean
    Specifies whether to search this member's inheritance chain to find the custom attributes.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the specified custom attribute type is defined; otherwise, false.

NotSupportedException

This method is not currently supported. Retrieve the method by using Type.GetMethod on the completed type, and then call IsDefined on the returned MethodInfo.
