Invalid characters in URL

The ManufacturerUrl or SupportUrl property contains non-ASCII characters or is an improperly formatted URL. Windows Installer cannot evaluate non-ASCII characters; only ASCII characters in the range 0 to 127 are allowed. The URL is validated for proper format; it must contain the http:// prefix.

To correct this error

  1. Replace any non-ASCII characters with ASCII characters in the range 0 to 127 or the appropriate escape sequence.

  2. Make sure that the URL is properly formatted.
