Given when the value of either the DistribDir attribute for a <Sample> element of a sample definition (.HxE) file, or the SampleStagingDir attribute of the <CompilerOptions> tag in the collection definition (.HxC) file exceeds 256 characters.

To correct this error

  • Edit the path so that it does not exceed 256 characters.
