Target Designer is used to create and modify a configuration and build it into a run-time image. With Target Designer you can add components and resources to a configuration, modify various properties of the components and resources that you add, modify properties of the configuration itself, check component dependencies to ensure that necessary components are included in the configuration, estimate the footprint of a run-time image before building it, and more.
