TF61115: Unable to find details for Connection <connection>, User Database <database>. Check these values in configuration file <filename>.

This error occurs when the ClearQuest converter is unable to obtain details about the specified ClearQuest connection.

To correct this error

  • Verify that you have connected to the specified ClearQuest connection from the ClearQuest client at least one time when logged in to Windows using the same account that runs the converter. When you run ClearQuest and connect to the ClearQuest database, ClearQuest stores connection information in the registry accessed by the converter.

  • Verify that the connection name is spelled correctly.

  • Try to log in through ClearQuest and connect to the database to see whether you receive errors. If there are errors, diagnose them using ClearQuest.
