How to: Add or Remove a Page Break Between Groups (Report Builder)

To help make the report easier to read, you can add page breaks between groups, before the first group, and after the last group. You can set the page break options for each group in the report.

  1. In the Report Builder window, click Sort and Group on the Report menu.

  2. Select the group to which you want to apply the page break.

  3. Select the Page breaks between groups and check box.

  4. Click the down arrow and select the option where you want to insert the page break.

  5. Click OK.

  2. Select the group from which you want to remove the page break.

  3. Clear the Page breaks between groups and check box.

  4. Click OK.

All page breaks between are removed for the selected group.
