Choose Default Environment Settings Dialog Box 

Use this dialog box to specify a settings collection to apply to the integrated development environment (IDE). The settings collection can be one of the pre-defined Visual Studio Settings or My Previous Settings, which contains the last settings collection you used in another Visual Studio edition. This dialog box appears the first time you start Visual Studio.

Choose your default environment settings

Lists the available developer workstyles. Select the workstyle that most closely matches your primary development activities, or choose My Previous Settings to use a settings collection from another Visual Studio edition.

Start Visual Studio

Applies the predefined settings associated with the selected development activity and starts Visual Studio.

Exit Visual Studio

Closes Visual Studio. The next time you start Visual Studio, this dialog box will be displayed.
