Initializes a new instance of the BinaryReader class based on the supplied stream and using UTF8Encoding.

Parameters

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

The stream is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
ArgumentException

The stream does not support reading, or the stream is already closed.

Remarks

The stream is closed when the BinaryReader object is disposed.
