In Windows Phone OS 7.1, if you use the NavigationEventArgs(Object, Uri) constructor to create a NavigationEventArgs and pass nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) for the uri parameter, when you later access the NavigationEventArgs.Uri property, it will be an empty Uri.
