Returns the image list to use for the glyphs in the completion list.

Remarks
This method is an implementation of the GetImageList method on the IVsCompletionSet interface.
The base method returns the handle of the image list that was passed to the CompletionSet class constructor. The base method always returns a success code of S_OK.
