Remarks

The QuestionFailureText property contains the error message that is displayed when the answer to the password recovery confirmation question does not match the answer stored in the Web site data store.

The style settings in the FailureTextStyle property define the appearance of the QuestionFailureText property.

When you use templates to define the appearance of the PasswordRecovery control, the QuestionFailureText property is displayed in an optional Literal control with the ID property set to "FailureText".

The default text for the property is localized based on the server's locale setting.

The value of this property, when set, can be saved automatically to a resource file by using a designer tool. For more information, see LocalizableAttribute and Globalization and Localization.
