Sub CloseItem()
 Dim myinspector As Outlook.Inspector
 Dim myItem As Outlook.MailItem
 Set myinspector = Application.ActiveInspector
 Set myItem = myinspector.CurrentItem
 myItem.Close olSave
End Sub
