WorksheetFunction.NumberValue method (Excel)
Converts text to number in a locale-independent manner.
Syntax
expression.NumberValue (Arg1, Arg2, Arg3)
expression A variable that represents a WorksheetFunction object.
Parameters

| Arg1 | Required | String | String representing the number that you want to convert. |
| Arg2 | Required | String | Character used as the decimal separator in the string. |
| Arg3 | Required | String | Character used as the group separator in the string. |
