IsMeetngResponsequest element indicates whether incoming messages must be a meeting response in order for the condition or exception to apply.

A text value of
true indicates that the message must be a meeting response in order for the condition or exception to apply. A text value of false indicates that the message must not be a meeting response in order for the condition or exception to apply.
