Returns an array of organization profiles, including child organizations.

An array of organization profiles, including child organizations.
Remarks
For example, if this user is a member of Organization A and Organization B is a parent of Organization A, then this method will return both A and B. If the method returns a a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) value, then the user is not a member of any organization.
