Starts a Windows Azure hosted service that has been stopped.
Start AzureService [-Slot <slot>] [-Subscription <string>]
Run Start-AzureService from the service directory to start the current hosted service.
Specifies the deployment slot in which to start the service - Staging or Production. These values are case-sensitive.
Specifies the subscription to use to start the service. You must use the subscription that was used to deploy the service. The subscription name is case-sensitive.
If this parameter is not entered, the subscription in the service's DeploymentSettings.json file is used. If no deployment subscription has been set for the service, the first subscription in your publishing profile is used.
Example 1: Start the MyService service from the service directory using the default settings (-Slot and -Subscription taken from the DeploymentSettings.json file):
PS C:\node\MyService> Start AzureService 6:44:23 PM - Starting service MyService... 6:44:57 PM - Complete
Example 2: Start the staging deployment of the MyService service using the MySubscription subscription:
PS C:\node\MyService> Start AzureService -Slot staging -Subscription MySubscription
