What's New for Static Driver Verifier in Windows 8

Integration with Visual Studio for simplifying the verification process (requires Visual Studio 2012 and the WDK for Windows 8)

The number of DDI Compliance rules have more than doubled in this release, which means better coverage of your driver and better verification

Support for ARM platform
Support for bit vectors and arrays
Performance and coverage improvements to SDV’s core analysis engine
Reusing information from previous SDV runs to improve performance
