FileInfo.OpenWrite Method

Creates a write-only FileStream.

Return Value

A new write-only unshared FileStream object.

Exceptions

Exception Type Condition
UnauthorizedAccessException path is read-only or is a directory.
DirectoryNotFoundException The specified path is invalid, such as being on an unmapped drive.
