WebHttpRelayBinding.MaxReceivedMessageSize Property

Gets or sets the maximum allowable message size that can be received.

Namespace:  Microsoft.ServiceBus
Assembly:  Microsoft.ServiceBus (in Microsoft.ServiceBus.dll)

public long MaxReceivedMessageSize { get; set; }

Property Value

Type: System.Int64
Returns the maximum allowable message size. The default size is 65,536 bytes.

MaxReceivedMessageSize is often used in conjunction with MaxBufferPoolSize, ReaderQuotas, and MaxBufferSize to assist with memory management and provide a potential defense against Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks. In this context, these members are very similar to their WCF counterparts. For more information, see the Security Considerations for Data topic in the WCF documentation.
