Indicates whether a SQL Server login is a member of the specified fixed server role. In Microsoft Windows Azure SQL Database, this statement always returns 0.

Syntax Conventions (Azure SQL Database)

IS_SRVROLEMEMBER ( 'role' [ , 'login'] )
Is the name of the server role that is being checked.

Is the name of the SQL Server login to check. The sysname is login with a default of NULL. If no value is specified, the result will be based on the current execution context.

In Windows Azure SQL Database, this statement always returns 0.
