PageParser.GetCompiledPageInstance Method

This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Returns an instance of a compiled page for the specific virtual path.

Assembly:  System.Web (in System.Web.dll)

public static IHttpHandler GetCompiledPageInstance(
	string virtualPath,
	string inputFile,
	HttpContext context
)

Parameters

virtualPath
Type: System.String

The virtual path of the requested file.

inputFile
Type: System.String

The physical path of the page.

context
Type: System.Web.HttpContext

An object that contains information about the current Web request.

Return Value

Type: System.Web.IHttpHandler
Returns the compiled instance of the requested page.

.NET Framework

Supported in: 4.5, 4, 3.5, 3.0, 2.0, 1.1, 1.0

Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Vista SP2, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core Role not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core Role supported with SP1 or later; Itanium not supported)
