解説

キーイベントは次の順序で発生します。

KeyDown
KeyPress
KeyUp

KeyPress イベントは、文字以外のキーによっては発生しませんが、文字以外のキーは KeyDown イベントと KeyUp イベントを発生させます。

KeyChar プロパティを使用して、実行時のキーストロークをサンプリングし、一般的なキーストロークのサブセットを処理または変更します。

キーボードイベントをフォームでだけ処理し、そのイベントを他のコントロールでは受け取らないようにする場合は、フォームの KeyPress イベント処理メソッドの KeyPressEventArgs.Handled プロパティを true に設定します。
