DES (Data Encryption Standard) アルゴリズムの暗号サービス プロバイダ (CSP : Cryptographic Service Provider) バージョンにアクセスする、ラッパー オブジェクトを定義します。このクラスは継承できません。

このアルゴリズムは、64 ビットのキー長をサポートしています。
