診断レベルの構成

In-Role キャッシュには、診断データ収集の量を構成するために使用される 5 つの診断レベルが用意されています。 診断レベルの範囲は 0 ～ 4 です。この数値は、キャッシュ サーバーとクライアント用に収集される診断情報の量を示します。 各診断レベルには、In-Role キャッシュ アプリケーションの正常性を監視するために使用できる、パフォーマンス カウンター、イベント ログ、トレース、クラッシュ ダンプの設定の事前構成済みのセットが含まれています。

キャッシュ クライアントとキャッシュ サーバーの診断に対応する 2 種類のキャッシュ診断レベルがあります。 DiagnosticLevel はキャッシュ サーバーの診断を表し、 ClientDiagnosticLevel はキャッシュ クライアント診断を表します。 各レベルで、異なるパフォーマンス カウンター、ログ、トレース、クラッシュ ダンプの設定を構成します。 これらの診断レベルは、アプリケーション用の ServiceConfiguration.cscfg ファイルで構成します。更新した ServiceConfiguration.cscfg ファイルをデプロイすることで、実行中のクラウド アプリケーションの診断レベルを変更できます。

キャッシュ サーバー診断レベル

キャッシュ クライアントのキャッシュ サーバー診断レベルは、ServiceConfiguration.cscfg の、キャッシュ クラスターをホストするロールの構成セクションで指定します。 この設定は、ロールの [キャッシュ] タブでキャッシュが有効になっているときにVisual Studioによって追加され、キャッシュ ワーカー ロールがプロジェクトに追加されたときに既に存在します。 既定の DiagnosticLevel は 1 で、ロールに DiagnosticLevel が存在しない場合は、 DiagnosticLevel 1 が使用されます。 DiagnosticLevel を変更するには、ServiceConfiguration.cscfg のロールの DiagnosticLevel 設定を変更します。 次の例は、WorkerRole1DiagnosticLevel が 1 の ServiceConfiguration.cscfg ファイルのセクションです。

注意

Azure エミュレーターIn-Roleキャッシュ アプリケーションを実行すると、複数のロール インスタンスがある場合でも、すべてのロール インスタンスのトレースが *_IN_0 フォルダーに収集されます。 この動作は仕様です。 In-Roleキャッシュ アプリケーションが Azure でホストされている場合、各ロール インスタンスのトレースは、ロール インスタンスのそれぞれのフォルダーに配置されます。

キャッシュ クライアント診断レベル

キャッシュ クライアントの ClientDiagnosticLevel レベルは、ServiceConfiguration.cscfg で、キャッシュ クライアントであるロールの構成セクションで指定されます。 この設定は、ロールがキャッシュ クライアントとして機能するように構成されている場合に、In-Role Cache NuGet パッケージによって追加されます。

注意

既定の ClientDiagnosticLevel は 1 で、ロール に ClientDiagnosticLevel が存在しない場合は、 ClientDiagnosticLevel 1 が使用されます。 ClientDiagnosticLevel を変更するには、ServiceConfiguration.cscfg のロールの ClientDiagnosticLevel 設定を変更します。 次の例は、WebRole1ClientDiagnosticLevel が 1 の ServiceConfiguration.cscfg ファイルのセクションです。

キャッシュ診断の構成

キャッシュ診断を構成する手順は、使用した Azure SDK のバージョンによって異なります。

Azure SDK 2.5 以降を使用したときのキャッシュ診断の構成

Azure SDK 2.5 以降を使用しているときは、diagnostics.wadcfgx ファイルを使用してキャッシュ診断を構成します。 これらのファイルは、Visual Studio の [診断構成] ダイアログ ボックスを使用して診断を構成すると、Visual Studio プロジェクトに自動的に追加されます。 クライアントまたはサーバーとしてキャッシュに参加しているロールごとに 1 つの diagnostics.wadcfgx ファイルが追加されます。 キャッシュのロールが併置されている場合は、クライアントとサーバーの設定が同じ diagnostics.wadcfgx ファイルに含まれます。 診断を構成するための [診断構成] ダイアログ ボックスの使用に関するガイダンスについては、「Azure Cloud Services とVirtual Machinesの診断の構成」を参照してください。

[診断構成] ダイアログ ボックスを使用して診断を構成した後は、キャッシュ診断の構成に関していくつかの追加考慮事項があります。

アプリケーション ログは、[診断構成] ダイアログ ボックスの [アプリケーション ログ] タブで構成します。 キャッシュ サーバー アプリケーション ログの構成は、DataSources ファイルの diagnostics.wadcfxg セクションで構成します。

キャッシュ サーバー クライアント アプリケーション ログの構成は、[診断構成] ダイアログ ボックスの [アプリケーション ログ] タブの設定を使用して構成します。 使用されるレベルは、ダイアログ ボックスの [ログ レベル] 設定および ClientDiagnosticLevel ファイルで構成される .cscfg の下限値です。 キャッシュ サーバー アプリケーション ログ データの高いレベルを収集するには、両方の値が適切なレベルに設定されていることを確認します。

パフォーマンス カウンター データの生成は、キャッシュ クライアントの場合は Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Plugins.Caching.ClientDiagnosticLevel、キャッシュ サーバーの場合は Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Plugins.Caching.DiagnosticLevel で指定されているレベルに依存します。 パフォーマンス カウンター メトリックをストレージに転送するときは、diagnostics.wadcfxg ファイルに列記されているメトリックだけが転送されます。diagnostics.wadcfxg ファイルの例を次に示します。

警告

O:Microsoft.ApplicationServer.Caching.AzureCommon.CacheDiagnostics.ConfigureDiagnostics と ):Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Diagnostics.DiagnosticMonitor.Start の両方を呼び出すことは、In-Role キャッシュ アプリケーションでの診断データ収集に必要です。 ロールの開始時にこれらの両方のメソッドを呼び出さない場合、キャッシュ診断データは収集されません。
