UniqueId.TryGetGuid Method (Guid%)

true if the UniqueId represents a Guid; otherwise, false.

Exceptions

Exception Condition
ArgumentNullException

buffer is nulla null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
ArgumentException

buffer and offset provide less than 16 valid bytes.
