IWebBrowser2::get_AddressBar

This method uses the AddressBar property to get a Boolean value that indicates whether the address bar is visible or hidden.

Syntax

HRESULT IWebBrowser2::get_AddressBar(
  VARIANT_BOOL* pValue
);

Parameters

  • pValue
    [out] Pointer to a VARIANT_BOOL value that receives VARIANT_TRUE if the address bar is visible and VARIANT_FALSE if the address bar is hidden. VARIANT_FALSE is the default value.

Return Value

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

  • S_OK
    The method completed successfully.

DISPID

DISPID_WEBBROWSER_ADDRESSBAR

The DISPID is defined in piedocvw.h. Use this value to identify the event handler when implementing IDispatch::Invoke.
