Modify Work Items within a List View (Team Explorer Everywhere)

You can find work items that you want to modify, open any one of them from the query results list, modify that work item, and then save the changes. In Team Explorer Everywhere 2010, you cannot modify multiple work items and save all changes in one step.

Required Permissions

To modify a work item, you must have permissions set to view and modify that item. To add, modify, or remove a link between work items, you must have permission set to view both of the work items and to modify at least one of them. You must be a member of the Contributors group or your View work items in this node and Edit work items in this node permissions must be set to Allow. For more information, see the following page on the Microsoft Web site: Team Foundation Server Permissions.
