Since then, he has worked on advancing troubleshooting tools and the support experience for Windows customers. Matt most recently worked on the Windows Troubleshooting Platform, which enables Windows 7 customers to quickly resolve complex problems themselves. He manages a team of developers in CSS who build diagnostics for Windows 7 customers.
