Writes a string value to the output stream.

value

Type: String [JavaScript] | System.String [.NET] | Platform::String [C++]

The value.

Return value

Type: Number [JavaScript] | System.UInt32 [.NET] | uint32 [C++]

The length of the string, in bytes.
