ImageStream.ReadAsync | readAsync method

Reads data asynchronously from a sequential stream.

Parameters

buffer

Type: IBuffer

The buffer into which the asynchronous read operation stores the data.

count

Type: Number [JavaScript] | System.UInt32 [.NET] | uint32 [C++]

The size of the buffer.

options

Type: InputStreamOptions

The options for the stream to be read.

Return value

Type: IAsyncOperationWithProgress<IBuffer, UInt32>

The byte reader operation.
