If you need more in-depth or private support, you can use assisted support. Unlike the forums, there is a cost associated with this option, but we'll show you the costs and other recommended solutions before placing your request. If you are registered as a Windows Store developer, you get two technical support incidents per year (paid Windows Store accounts only).
If you need help with your Windows Store developer account, there are several options. The forum on publishing Windows apps covers many relevant topics, and everything from setting up accounts to understanding reports is covered in the Selling apps documentation. Assisted support is also available for items that are specific to your account.
