How Do I: Generate and Interact with UML Sequence Diagrams?

My (free for 30 days) Visual Studio 2010 professional doesn't have the 'Generate Sequence Diagram' option.
 
I get: View designer, Create Unit tests, Insert snippet, go to definition ...
 
How do I display this option? Do I need to pay for a full version of VS2010?

I can't find that anywhere in the docs.

This is a great demo for reverse engineering code to an architectural artifact, perhaps that would be a better title/description.
 
In the normal course of solution design, I might suggest the sequence diagram is a solution artifact that occurs *before* code is written. A demo along these lines would be more appropriate for this title.

Thanks for the demo. I would have liked to have seen you continue with an example of extending the sequence diagram at the timeline of the demo of 12:05 to show how VS2010 stubs out the code with a new lifeline called new object when you connect it existing classes.

I'd like to see some info about creating a sequence diagram as a step of logical design, not as a "code-analysis" step. I'd like to create sequence diagrams as part of designing our initial classes. Can this be done?

"Don't bury the lead". It isn't until 9 minutes in the video that starts to show the sequence diagram. Up until then, Jacques is writing the code for the sample in real-time.
 
Once the sequence diagram is produced, the Jacques demonstrates some basic features of the diagram.
