Technical Support Incidents
As an MSDN Subscriber, you are entitled to receive up to four support incidents depending on your subscription level. These support incidents can be used for assistance with technical break-fix issues you encounter in a non-production environment.
Priority Support in MSDN Forums
Post your technical questions in MSDN Forums to receive a response from a Microsoft engineer within 2 business days if the community hasn't already gotten you the answer.
Online Concierge
The Online Concierge is a one-to-one web-based chat service for MSDN Subscribers. Online Concierge can be used to address non-technical questions regarding navigation of the MSDN site, Knowledge Base (KB) article searches, and Subscriber Downloads.
