Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio 2008
Learn Page on the Microsoft Robotics Web Site
The Learn Page brings together in one place a list of all the available learning materials for RDS. You can search the list in a variety of different ways based on your skill level and using advanced search options such as keywords, etc. This page should be the first place to look when you need information about RDS.
The rest of the links below are pointers to the main sections of the documentation and learning materials.

Online Help
The main Help File (User Guide) for Robotics Developer Studio is available in the MSDN Library. In addition there is a Class Reference that provides full details of the classes, properties and methods available in RDS. Both of these are available for download as compressed Help files. Note that the User Guide is included in the package and you do not need to download it separately. It is provided just for people who might want to review the documentation before installing RDS. Please see the Downloads page for more information. |
Important Note:
If you are working with a CTP release of Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio then you should use the documentation for the samples and tutorials that comes as a compiled Help file in the package. This is accessible via the Start Menu. The documentation available via this web site is only for the latest official release, which is currently RDS 2008 R2 (sometimes referred to as V2.1).
