Updates the index DeprProfileTransIdx in the table RAssetDeprProfileTrans not to allow duplicate records.

After updating the surrogate key field RAssetDeprProfile with the value of the RecId field of the table RAssetDeprProfile, the index DeprProfileTransIdx is reset not to allow duplicate records.
