This method name is truncated from allowNoDupBankPaymBalanceSurveyPaymCodesSurveyCodeIdx.

After updating the key of the BankPaymBalanceSurvey table by using the record ID value of the BankPaymBalanceSurvey table, the SurveyCodeIdx value is reset to disallow for duplicate records.
