A number of features make developing applications using Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) easier with Visual Studio. You can download the Express Edition for free, or consider purchasing other versions that come packaged with larger feature sets. The visual studio installer will install all dependencies required for building and running applications that use WF. This includes items such as the .Net Framework 4 and SQL Express 2010. If you are already working with prior versions of Workflow Foundation, these will continue to work with Visual Studio 2010. |
