I am installing SQL Server 2008 Developer edition on an HP Workstation with x64 processor. During installation a computer restart is required, but after rebooting the workstation the installation continues to require a restart. Thus I am unable to complete the installation.

The restart computer rule fails! I restart the computer and then it fails again!
