ConfigurationElementSetReadOnly Method

Sets the IsReadOnly property for the ConfigurationElement object and all subelements.

Syntax

Protected Friend Overridable Sub SetReadOnly

protected internal virtual void SetReadOnly()

protected public:
virtual void SetReadOnly()

abstract SetReadOnly : unit -> unit  
override SetReadOnly : unit -> unit

Remarks

This method is used internally to set aside those system-configuration elements that cannot be modified.

To determine which elements can be modified, use the IsReadOnly method.
