2.2.1.45 PidTagReplyRequested Property

The PidTagReplyRequested property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.918) specifies whether a reply to the e-mail message is requested by the e-mail message's sender. If this property is absent, the reply to the e-mail message is not requested. If the property is present, it is set to either 0x01 if an e-mail sender requests a reply to the e-mail from recipients (1) or 0x00, which is the same handling as if the property is absent.
