.ToInt16 Method (UInt16)
Converts the value of the specified 16-bit unsigned integer to the equivalent 16-bit signed integer.
This API is not CLS-compliant.

The 16-bit unsigned integer to convert.
System .Int16 A 16-bit signed integer that is equivalent to value.
The following example attempts to convert each element in an array of unsigned 16-bit integers to a 16-bit signed integer.
